Clean room, friendly staff but slow service at the restaurant was frustrating.

The location was favourable, relatively near Trinity Episcopal Church. The room with bath.

I had a fantastic stay! The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on. I loved the eco-friendly pump bottles in the bathroom and the breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise! Can't wait to return!

Fairly clean place & supper friendly staff from check-in to check-out. Brand-new units with very comfortable desk. Good and stunning location right by beach and boardwalk, east coast and the huge movie theater; efficient check-in.

It's an attractive brand-new hotel with accommodating staff members. Marvellous central location, just next door to restaurants. Also, close to everything. The pool area is nice too. Late check-out.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was fine, identical to every other Holiday Inn we have stayed in.

Upon checking in, it would be good if they explained that there are entrances closer to your room than the front entrance. Also, there was a pervasive smell of soap/detergent. Also due to traffic, etc. getting into Boston took close to an hour.

A standard and clean hotel. Room is big enough.

I had a great experience visiting the nearby Horn Pond for a lovely walk amid nature and exploring historic Nobility Hill just a short drive away, making my weekend getaway so much more enjoyable with easy access to beautiful scenery and landmarks.

Good location, close to Boston-Logan (if you have a car) as well as to some grocery shops, big, clean and modern room, comfortable bed, helpful staff (they solved in 30 min the absence of microwave that was paid in advance and wasn't in the standard room)

A certain continuous and quite annoying noise coming from outside A/C or highway(sunk, not loud, but still annoying..), as well as the final price paid (with taxes, etc), quite steep for a 3* hotel comparing with similars...at least the breakfast should have been included for this money...

Lack of microwave TV-unable to find Menu coffee maker called for bottled water:NOT provided (very tacky)

The check-in process was smooth, and the friendly front desk staff. The spacious King Room was well-appointed, with a large bathroom with a beautifully glassed-in shower that added a touch of luxury. There were some issues with cleanliness as I found hair in the shower upon arrival and crumbs in the bed . The breakfast buffet offered a good variety, and I particularly enjoyed the Indonesian food available.

I had to extend my stay and found out after checkout. The clerk at the front desk found me a room and honored my Booked.net rate for the additional night. Very professional and courteous staff!
